Over the years, I’ve heard a lot of colorful ways to describe something so many industries have in common: the hours devoted to a site visit.

Roofers and Claims Adjusters know the hassles that are involved. There’s the time and cost of travel, delays, unexpected weather conditions, ladders and tape, displaced workers and interrupted work flow. And for what? They still can’t really see a property from all it’s perspectives -- overhead and all around - - and measurements are difficult to take and, too often, imprecise.
